Microstroking, feather stroke

What is Microblading – Microblading (also known as eyebrow embroidery, microstroking, feather stroke, 3-D brows, and hair strokes tattoo) has actually been around for many years in Asia. It is considered a semi-permanent procedure and requires frequent touch up’s depending on skin type and complection.

This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present. Microblading is not for all skin types. Clients will sometimes still have to fill in brows with this technique.

Professional Microblading of Eyebrows

How Its Done – With microblading, we use a manual tool unlike a tattooing machine. Microblading only penetrates the first layer of the skin. As the bottom layers of your skin regenerate, they push out the pigment. It is therefore semi-permanent, unlike tattooing that pushes the ink much deeper in the skin making it more permanent and solid. This technique creates fine life-like 3D hairstrokes to ensure you look as natural and beautiful as possible.

Microblading & Shading – Also called combination brows this technique combines traditional microblading strokes with added shading to provide more density and fullness to your brows.

Ombre Powder Brows – Similar to Microblading because both are considered semi-permanent meaning pigment is not tattooed deep into the skin (only penetrating the dermis layer). While Microblading last between 12-18 months, Ombre brows can last up to 2 years — all depending on your skin type and how well you take care of them. This technique is ideal for all skin types and requires little to no maintenance.
